Refund policy

Due to the made to order nature of our business, we are unable to accept cancellations, returns, refunds or exchanges. All sales are final.

 

  If an item arrived in damaged/unusable condition, you might be able to get an exception if you are able to provide reasonable proof that the damage was due to circumstances outside of your control. If a return is requested the recipient shall be asked to provide proof, such as a video of the customer/recipient unboxing the product to find that it had been damaged/defected in some significant way. Insignificant damages and defects may be overlooked and therefore remain ineligible for refunds and returns.

  Incorrect sizes shall be viewed as insignificant. It is the customers responsibility to carefully choose the proper size by referring to the size charts. In the event that the recipient received a size other than what they ordered, we shall open a support ticket and assist them in correcting the issue. 

  You don’t need to return the damaged or incorrect products. We will resend the corrected item(s) to you.

  In the event the color or images on product(s) is not exactly as expected, or not satisfactory, we view this as ineligible as screen monitors can be inconsistent across the broad spectrum of devices.

  Incomplete fulfillment and missing products are eligible for a replacement, unless tracking specifies the product was delivered. In the case you have irrefutable proof that the tracking is an error you may contact us to provide it so we can assist you. If applicable (package was received), we recommend recording a video of unpacking to prove the products were not included in the parcel. 

Order delay caused by delivery pending, such as an insufficient address, package unclaimed, inability to contact the customer, etc, you do not qualify for a cancellation/refund.

If orders are delayed more than six weeks the customer can submit a request for product replacement or a cancellation/refund. Generally, customers can expect to receive package(s) within 2 weeks, however, please allow up to 6 weeks for delivery in the event of unexpected delays. Possible causes include any unforeseen circumstances, outside of our control, such as out of stock item(s) due to increased demand.

The following unforeseen circumstances, outside of our control, are ineligible for refund: package theft, severe storms/natural disasters, epidemic, strike, war, etc.
